Fujifilm launches Instax Pal, a tiny digital camera packed with surprising features. The pocket-sized product combines a power button, a built-in speaker for customizable pre-shutter sounds, a flash, a lens, and a microSD card to save more photos. At the back is a shutter button, charging port, and Mode switch. Whether traveling, commuting, or gathering with friends and family, users can easily clip the camera to their bags or hold it like a keychain thanks to a multi-use detachable ring and strap. The ring can also double as a stand or a viewfinder to help you snap the perfect shot at the perfect angle. Instax Pal comes in five color variations: Pistachio Green, Powder Pink, Lavender Blue, Gem Black, and Milky White.

up to 50 shots with a dedicated mobile application

As a camera packed with a full digital setup, the Fujifilm Instax Pal (see more here) comes with its very own mobile application that users can download onto their smartphones. At any given time, the camera can snap up to 50 pictures, which are then uploaded to the app using Bluetooth, freeing up space while creating a digital archive (for the complete list of specifications, visit Fujifilm’s dedicated page). The mobile app also includes an animation and photo editing feature, with 18 different filters, sizing formats (mini, square, or wide), stickers, and text options.

Even more, the camera’s wide-angle lens makes it ideal for a hands-free shoot. To set it up, users can select ‘remote shooting’ on the app, set up the Instax Pal on the ring-stand, and, when ready, shoot from their phone. Additional options include interval shooting modes to snap different poses from afar; using this feature, the built-in speaker becomes activated with up to five pre-shutter sounds. Adding a touch of analog aesthetic to the experience, Instax Pal images can also be printed out by connecting the Instax LINK series Smartphone Printer or an INSTAX mini LiPlay™ or INSTAX mini Evo™ Hybrid Instant camera.
