The Hilly Evergreen residential tower, part of an international competition for Dubai Creek Harbor, led by developer Emaar in the UAE, emerges as an architectural landmark. Designed by TheeAe Architects, the project is deeply rooted in the aspirations of its residents, passersby, and distant observers, fostering a vibrant community spirit. Spanning a vast 31,460 sqm site, with over 110,000 sqm of buildable area, the design journey prioritizes user experience and site context.
